This weekend I worked on a web-based map rectifier for work. It uses OpenLayers, and the GeoParser, as well as GDAL. It's pretty fucking sweet: If you don't know what this means at all, and you want to learn, you can read the blog post about it, but if you just like pretty pictures you can look at something like Crater Lake.
