[livejournal.com profile] sherm: You ever post about a suspension again, I'm going to have to stop reading your journal. You get me way too tempted to get involved in drama. :p (I can't get this sentence to sound tongue-in-cheek enough for my liking... I'm not really sure why.)

The number of comments I've typed out and closed the window on in the past day is enough to remind me of the days in which I thought Mark or McClane/LiveJournal.us actually had a serious point, or when I thought that talking to people who considered themselves abused by 'LiveJournal' and explaining things would have any effect. I should know better than to think that people actually believe things based on logic -- it's so much easier to create hype and drama if we go solely on emotions!

Looking back on that, why the hell did I used to think I knew so much? At least now I know I have no idea what I'm talking about... It may not be any better, but I think I do tend to be a bit less high and mighty about it.

Ah well. Even if I didn't learn anything, I certainly ended up moving on from my 'fight with every word that people say' stage.
