Avoiding Internet Results in Less Internet Related Time Wasting

I closed my computer on Friday evening.

I just opened it.

As a result, I spent 15 minutes catching up anything that actually required my attention in email (There wasn't anything, other than an email from Jess.)

This is instead of the 6 hours I'd probably spent dealing with the crap yesterday.

Hm, not being on the internet results in less internet related time wasting. I think I've got a dissertation topic there!

Bike!

Cleaned up my bike yesterday, and finally took it to Cambridge Bicycle, to get it tuned up. Haven't ridden it for more than a year -- I'm looking forward to being able to bike around Cambridge. Will let me get to/from work quicker, which is what I'm most looking forward to -- though I'm not looking forward to trying to find a place to park a bike near Mass Ave where it won't be visible by hundreds of passerby everyday...
