I have to stop by sometime and test out that whole loft bed thing.

God, I haven't had sex in a loft bed since I was 15 years old.

Well, it's kind of in the corner, so I don't think it would be too easy to roll off - we'd hit the walls.

I'm not worried about falling off, I'm worried about breaking the damn thing with enough vigorous activity. How much shaking do you think one of those things could take? You do take a rather . . . :cough: long time, and I'm not sure if it could take an hour straight of that kind of stress.

but what the hell. what a way to go to the emergency room.

Actually, these are really sturdy. I mean, you can drop the things from two feet and they do just fine.

They're probably sturdier than the futon that falls apart when your dad kicks at it. So, I think we'll be just fine. If all else fails, we can move to the floor. Or the roomate's bed. His isn't lofted :)

I'm sure as thrilled as your roommate will be to have you fucking my brains out while he tries to sleep, he'd be less thrilled if he was trying to get sleep on the same bed you were screwing your girlfriend du jour on.

He wouldn't have to know. I'm good at keeping a secret. Although I suppose that would be rather interesting for him to walk in on...

Yup. I'm mortally certain that a) posting in your LJ about it is going to tip him off, most likely, and b) he'd mind, particularly if he was trying to sleep in the bed at that time.

at least, not between the sheets. maybe on top. blankets, however, take longer to wash.

hmm . . . but then again, washing the blanket wouldn't be our problem, and at least it wouldn't be a wet spot on his sheets.

I always have extra sheets, but I highly doubt they'd match. He might be suspicious.

We'll save his bed for a last resort. Like I said, the loft bed is far more sturdily constructed than the futon, and we didn't break that. Much.
