it's weird -- I've been called stepdad daily for almost two years, but I still don't feel like I'm old enough to be getting married. Married is for old people.

Still, I'm going to be getting married on June 16th, 2007.

[Poll #708076]

Note that this is non-binding, and may not be used at all, but I'm interest in who among my friends *wants* to come, and then if they do want to come, whether they actually expect they'd be able to show up or not.

It does depend a lot on what airfares are available at booking time and whether we're broke or not.

There is no option for 100%.

Yeah, I entered "from 1 to 100, by 5s" and realized... shit. Should have done from 0-100, but it was 1AM. I was tired.

0-100 by 6s would've looked weird, though.

0-100 by 5s doesn't work because of the limit of 20 options on scale polls, and due to fenceposts, 0-100 by 5s is 21 options.

You can't win.

I didn't realize there was a limit of 20 options. That seems to kind of defeat the purpose os scale polls -- the whole point is to be able to have a lot of options in a dropdown...

bah. Ah well. It's close enough.

I didn't realize there was a limit of 20 options.

Yeah -- it's documented in the HowTo document (Scale type questions must be limited to 20 possible choices per question), though that's a slightly hidden place.

That seems to kind of defeat the purpose os scale polls

*nods*

A limit of 21 would be nice (to give 0-100 by 5s, which seems a common use case). More would be better, though.

I don't remember the schema used to store results, or whether that influenced this limit.

Ah well. It's close enough.

Yuss.

I would like to come, but the likelihood of that actually happening is slim-to-none. *sends happiness and well-wishes*

I'll ask for it off tomorrow, but I have no idea if 2 other people in my dept have already asked for that day off or not...

2007?

Bah... I'd like to attend, but due to summer-employment-versus-real-job-and-graduation argument, the likelihood is quite low. :P

You're not graduating this year? If you were, hopefully after a year of working somewhere, you could at least ask for a weekend off... (2007, note.)

That's awesome, congrats! Actually, if everything happens as planned, that'll be like two weeks after mine...:)

Hey Chris.

I was just looking for some code about the Current Location field that I was told you had in here, and I ran across this. Congrats to you and Jess!
