Haxin and Relaxin

Hacking me some OpenLayers. Not one a lot of it lately due to a number of reasons, and I'm clearing a big backlog of tickets that have built up -- some getting committed, many just getting told "Plz to provide more code before I review this." Sadly, some of these tickets which I'm just saying "more codez plz" are months old :/ I'm a bad open source project maintainer.

Ah well, at least it's moving forward. I also put together a data conversion and reprojection page yesterday, which lets users demo the format conversion support in OpenLayers (which I'm personally pretty proud of).
